I now added "Canary Island Palm" in my "garden"

Mya：After it almost died because of overcaring while I was on vacation (it has gotten watered too much), I repotted it and cut the leaves. Now it has gotten new leaves, but they are dry at the ends and rather pale in general. Any suggestions? Thank you!
