Could anyone please help me with whats goif on with this guy? I haven't watered him much but did i over or under water? Thanks!

You'd be surprised how well they can do in this state! Trim it back as much as you can, get rid of all this old leaves and see what the stem's looking like. If it's not too rotten you might be okay. Did this with a plant we managed to kill and this is it now!

maybe you keep some drops of water on its leaf .The pic below is dead in this kind of accident
